This unencumbered layout guarantees an interactive view as the owner-chef prepares every element of your meal from scratch right in front of you.

The a la carte menu rotates frequently, heavily leaning into scratch-made techniques and premium proteins. Multiple regulars swear by the handmade pastas, specifically calling out the melt-in-your-mouth pork bun pasta and the aromatic portobello truffle pasta. Meat execution is another major draw. While opinions on the beef vary among diners from "signature" to "ordinary," the roasted pork dishes consistently win high praise for their sweet, crispy skin and expertly rendered fat.

Do not attempt a walk-in. The compact space is almost perpetually fully booked, making advance reservations mandatory. Because official operating hours are listed as N/A, you must call ahead to secure a slot—though local chatter points to a primary evening service running from Wednesday to Sunday. Despite the ultra-premium private dining atmosphere, regulars consistently report that the final bill remains surprisingly reasonable for the high-tier culinary execution delivered.
