Ditching traditional wristbands, the park enforces a mandatory facial recognition ticketing system. Visitors must register their faces online before arriving. This setup enables a true day-pass experience—you can leave the park for a lunch break in the mall and re-enter seamlessly without flashing a ticket.

The courses here do not pull punches. The main draw is the Monkey Business obstacle course, spanning multiple levels of increasing difficulty. Level 3 is widely corroborated as a grueling, beastly challenge that will easily exhaust older teens and adults. Other highlights include a zip coaster and a mini bungee drop from the upper levels. Expect a serious physical workout designed to build confidence in upper primary and secondary school kids who want to test their limits.

Despite the stellar hardware, severe staffing shortages plague the park. Multiple visitors report long delays—including a 30-minute wait just to get harnessed during peak public holidays. Staff largely leave kids to figure out the carabiner safety systems on their own. Crucially, the physical realities of the park clash with its marketing. While tickets are sold for young children, the official minimum height for certain obstacles like Level 2 is 120cm. In reality, even kids standing at 128cm struggle to reach and unclip their carabiners without tiptoeing.

If you plan to bring young children, expect to pay the RM113 adult entry fee just to supervise them on the courses, as spectators cannot physically assist from the sidelines. For older, taller, and more independent kids, it remains a stellar, sweat-inducing indoor playground. Just manage your expectations regarding staff assistance and let the older kids figure out the ropes themselves.
